A Longstanding Havre Boucher Tradition
Where Music, Friendship, and Community Come Together
Hank’s Jamboree is an afternoon of live music, delicious food, and the opportunity to meet up with
friends and neighbours at the Havre Boucher Community Centre.
The Jamboree was established in 2006, by Marie and John (Hank) Boucher and their team of
volunteers, some of whom still contribute their time and talents today.
The Jamboree is held on the fourth Sunday of September, October, and November, and the months
of January to May. There are no shows in December, June, July, and August. The show starts at
1pm and doors open at noon.
Entertainers sign up with the show’s host and perform two songs for the audience. The Jamboree is
an ideal venue for gaining experience performing in front of a crowd, testing new material, or sharing
your talent.
Join in the Fun
All are welcome and admission is $5.00, with the exception of Entertainers, who are admitted for
free. A light lunch is served and all proceeds go to the Havre Boucher Community Centre.
Shows are advertised on the XFM Community Submission page during the months when they are
held, as are any cancellations.
A Milestone Year Ahead - Stay Tuned
Hank's Jamboree is currently on its summer break and will return this fall. September 2026 marks the Jamboree's 20th anniversary, and plans are already underway to celebrate this special milestone. Watch for more details, event dates, and promotional materials later this summer as we prepare for another great season of music, friendship, and community.
Information about the Jamboree is also available on our Facebook page, and people are asked to follow us on Facebook at Hank’s Jamboree:
